The CSBL North Player Application form must be completed and submitted to the Cotton States Baseball League for player approval. CSBL North Player Contract

The CSBL North Player Contract must be signed by the player, team and league upon player acceptance into the CSBL North.  The CSBL North is not a host home league.  The CSBL North requires a $385 fee for position players and a $275 fee for pitchers to participate in the league.

CSBL North Player Sponsor Form

Players may elect with the approval of team and league officials to obtain Player Business Sponsorships (see form below) to subsidize their costs of participation in the CSBL.
